Softphone now runs on almost all laptops, everyone uses video conferencing as a matter of course. Including virtual Christmas parties! We even rolled out a brand new DMS to hundreds of users.
The Best Delivery team has become specialists in e-signatures, has done hundreds of internal and client trainings and student lectures. I haven’t signed anything in wet ink, but I have used SES hundreds and QES dozens of times. Ok, once I went to the notary.
